Chrono comes from a parallel dimension where science and technology surpass what we have on present-day Earth. He had a normal childhood in his original world. His parents were famous lawyers who fought poverty and sought to integrate the homeless into society. That kept him attentive to vulnerable groups. As he grew, Chrono discovered new ways to help others.
