When hitting opponents or vehicles with an assault rifle or marksman rifle, reduces opponents' movement speed by 10%, or reduces vehicle speed by 80% for 3s. If the opponent is knocked down while already slowed, they freeze for up to 3s and the user gains 1 extra Gloo Wall.
