After surgery from a childhood accident, Olivia developed a special ability: healing and even reviving people with a single touch that makes all pain vanish in a blink. Despite her traumatic childhood, Olivia became a kind woman appreciated by her colleagues. However, she has few social interactions outside Ford's control and tends to hide from the world.
